Terms of Service

EFFECTIVE 1 JUNE 2026VERSION 3.1PLAIN-LANGUAGE SUMMARIES INCLUDED

This is the agreement between you and Pattern Vault, Inc. We've kept it short and put a one-line summary at the top of each section. The summaries are for reading; the sections are what binds.

01

Accepting these terms

IN SHORT · Using Pattern Vault means you agree to this page.

By creating an account, running a scan, or generating a site preview, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you're allowed to bind that company.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts. If we materially change these terms, we'll email account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

02

Your account

IN SHORT · One human per login. Keep your password to yourself.

Accounts are for a single named person. Seats on team plans are per person — sharing one login across a sales floor is a breach and we may suspend the account.

You're responsible for everything that happens under your credentials. Tell us promptly at security@patternvault.com if you think an account has been compromised.

03

What Pattern Vault provides

IN SHORT · Lead data, signal scores, generated previews, and a pipeline. Best-effort accuracy.

We aggregate publicly available business listings, crawl the websites associated with them, and score each on technical health. Scores are automated estimates, not professional audits.

Generated site previews are drafts produced by an automated system from public information. You are responsible for reviewing any preview before you send it to a prospect, including checking claims, hours, licensing statements, and imagery rights.

04

Acceptable use

IN SHORT · Don't spam, don't scrape us, don't lie about who you are.

You agree to comply with all laws that apply to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, TCPA, state do-not-call rules, and any applicable e-privacy requirements. Pattern Vault does not send messages on your behalf and does not verify consent for the contacts you choose to reach.

You may not resell or redistribute raw lead data as a dataset, run automated scraping against our interface, attempt to bypass plan limits, or use the service to harass a business or misrepresent an affiliation with Pattern Vault.

We may suspend accounts that generate abuse complaints, and we may share relevant records with a mailbox provider or regulator when legally required.

05

Generated content and ownership

IN SHORT · You own the sites you deliver. We own the platform.

Subject to payment, you receive a worldwide, perpetual licence to use, modify, and sell the site previews generated in your account, including on Outreach and Pro where static export is available.

Pattern Vault retains all rights in the platform, the signal-scoring methodology, the database, and any aggregated or anonymised statistics derived from usage. You may not claim ownership of the scoring model or the underlying listings data.

06

Fees, renewals, and refunds

IN SHORT · Monthly and cancellable. Unused allowances don't roll over.

Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from billing settings; access continues to the end of the paid period and then drops to the Free tier.

Monthly lead and preview allowances reset on your billing date and do not accumulate. If a charge fails, we retry for 14 days before downgrading the account.

We refund annual plans pro rata within 30 days of purchase on request. Monthly payments are not refunded, but you won't be billed again after you cancel.

07

Third-party data and services

IN SHORT · Some data comes from other sources with their own rules.

Listings, map data, review counts, and enrichment fields may originate from third-party providers. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and fields may change or disappear when a provider changes terms.

Integrations you enable (Zapier, webhooks, email providers) are governed by those services' own agreements.

08

Disclaimers

IN SHORT · No guarantee of leads, revenue, or perfect data.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that scans will produce clients, that scores are error-free, that a listing is current, or that a generated preview is fit for a particular purpose.

Nothing in Pattern Vault is legal, tax, or professional advice about your outreach practices.

09

Limitation of liability

IN SHORT · Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pattern Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost clients, or reputational harm.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

10

Suspension and termination

IN SHORT · Either side can end this. Your data stays readable for 30 days.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or activity that exposes us or other customers to legal risk.

After termination we retain your boards and leads in a readable state for 30 days so you can export, then delete them on our normal schedule described in the Privacy Policy.

11

Governing law

IN SHORT · Colorado law, Denver courts.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to that venue.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
